Everything went great. All was handled in a quick manner
and very nicely by the title company representative.
Although the BXXXXX still had no power at the time of
closing (it wasn't restored until Saturday at noon), things
went very smoothly.
I want to thank you for helping us through this very
difficult time in our lives. I would like to know if there
is someone to whom you directly report to, that I may send a
letter of appreciation. I really want to make sure that you
get the credit you deserve for going above and beyond the
call...without your services, my family would have lost the
home we built and have worked so hard to establish.
We are now going to be able to resume our lives and pick up
the pieces from the terrible past 2 years that have haunted
our sleep nightly. I am again employed full time and
happily on the way to regaining a foothold on our credit
